Please read before booking
Booking & Reservations
- A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- Bookings can be made via email, WhatsApp, or the contact form on our website.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 60 days before arrival: full refund minus a 50 EUR admin fee.
- 30-60 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund.
- In case of injury or medical emergency, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Wind Insurance
- If wind conditions don't allow kiting for 3 or more consecutive days during your camp, we offer a credit toward a future stay or a partial refund at our discretion.
- This applies to kite and wing camp packages only.
Lessons & Equipment
- All lessons are supervised by IKO-certified instructors.
- We provide all necessary equipment for lessons and camp packages.
- Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition. Damage beyond normal wear will be charged.
- You must be able to swim and be in reasonable physical condition.
Accommodation
- Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: by 11:00.
- Breakfast is included with all camp packages and accommodation bookings.
- Guests are responsible for keeping shared spaces tidy.
- Smoking is not permitted inside The Lodge.
Liability
- Kitesurfing, wing foiling, surfing, and other water sports involve inherent risks. Participants engage at their own risk.
- We carry liability insurance but recommend that all guests have personal travel and medical insurance.
- The Lodge is not responsible for personal belongings.
Privacy & Data
- We collect personal data only to process your booking and communicate with you.
- We do not share your data with third parties.
- Photos taken during activities may be used on our website and social media. Let us know if you prefer not to be featured.
