COME SUP WITH USSup is for all ages and all people. The intensity of supping is up to yourself so if you like a sporty afternoon you can really exhaust yourself but if you’d like a relaxed tour and want to enjoy the sites, you can definitely do this on a sup board
About the tours and lessonsThe flat waters are ideal for beginners and a great introduction to SUP. We start with the basics instructions on the land including safety and basic paddling techniques, along the way, we will make some stops at strategic locations of the lagoon or bay in order to teach more techniques to improve your paddle stroke.
The Tour starts on land with basic instructions:
- Introduction to equipment and safe carrying technique
- Safety awareness
- Launching and recovery
- Stance and paddle skills

Lagoon tourDuration +/- 2 to 3 hours
The breathtaking scenery of the largest saltwater lagoon in Europe, allows for a tour of SUP and “Bird Watching” in one of the most beautiful places in Portugal.
Bay tourDuration +/- 2 to 3 hours
São Martinho do Porto – Located at 15 km from Nazaré, where Garret Mc Namara surfed the biggest wave in the World, is the São Martinho do Porto bay. The Sup Trip on the bay provides an experience of Sup on the Ocean, in a calm and natural atmosphere surrounded by the beautiful beach of São Martinho do Porto.
Berlenga UNESCO tourDuration complete day (+/- 8 hours)
Located in the Atlantic Ocean, seven miles of Peniche, the Berlenga island is one of the Natural reserves recognized since 2011 by UNESCO’s World Heritage Biosphere Reserve.
SUP yogaDuration +/- 2 hours
Stand Up Paddle boarding continues to evolve as people find new ways of how to use their boards and paddles. The newest trend invading the SUP industry is Yoga on a paddle board. The stability required for the practice of yoga and tranquility added by being on your paddle board give you the opportunity to enjoy this combination in a beautiful, natural setting. Replace the yoga studio with nature’s and enjoy the relaxing energy and delicate balance on the water. The board is essentially your floating yoga mat, where your body will find its natural alignment. Stand Up Paddle Yoga in the water allows you to better control your breathing, perform the movements more accurately, and at the same time gain a profound experience physically, mentally and spiritually. Yoga on the water is excellent exercise that not only strengthens and lengthens the body, it also clears the mind and relieves stress. Many yoga poses can be done on the board on the water.
